Order Processing and Shipping

The estimated delivery timeframe for your Gorilla Mind products is 7-12 business days. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.

To qualify for return, items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.

Except for cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
